DreamWalk is maintained by Luminous as a personal record of learning, project practice, and authorised collaborative work. It is not the official website of a company, studio, club, or project team; it does not represent a school, employer, or other organisation; and it does not provide paid internet-information services.
2. Access data and local preferences
The site offers no accounts, comments, online submissions, payments, or transactions. It does not intentionally load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Theme, palette, and language preferences are stored only in the visitor's browser and can be cleared through browser settings.
The server and access provider may retain necessary access logs for security, attack prevention, and troubleshooting, such as time, requested URL, IP address, browser type, and response status. Logs are handled only as needed for those purposes, legal obligations, or lawful requests.
3. Contributors and personal information
Aliases, names, profiles, interests, and contribution records should be published only with the person's knowledge and consent. A person may email the site operator to request access, correction, supplementation, hiding, or deletion; the relevant page will be reviewed and handled after verification.
Please do not send identity documents, home addresses, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email. If verification is required, the minimum necessary material and handling method will be explained separately.
4. Minors and field-practice materials
Pages concerning children's activities retain only the activity process, general observations, and de-identified outcomes. They do not publish children's or families' names, clear portraits, addresses, contact details, classes, original interviews, or other identifying information. Please contact the operator if anything has been missed or should be removed.
5. Content, copyright, and external links
Original text and visuals remain with their respective authors or rights holders. Project names, software, marks, and quoted materials belong to their respective owners. Citations and external links are provided for context and do not imply control or continuing endorsement of all external content. Contact the operator about attribution errors, infringement, or broken links.
6. Use and safety
Technical articles and project notes are experience records, not professional guarantees. Back up data and assess the risk before changing system or hardware settings or using third-party software. The site and its content must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement, or attacks on network security.
